General FAQsWhat are your shipping options?Our shipping options are listed on the Shopping Cart page (www.rheacare.com/shopping-cart). Free standard shipping is provided for those in the U.S. with a transaction greater than $25. Standard shipping is usually sent via First Class US Mail and takes between 1 - 3 business days to arrive. Standard options are very affordable and faster options are available at a higher price. Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day deliveries are usually sent via UPS or US Mail (Priority or Express). We utilize different carriers so we can keep our shipping costs as low as possible and still provide quick delivery.I am having trouble completing my transaction online. How quickly will my order be shipped?Depending on the time of day you place your order, we usually ship the same day or the next business day. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.International OrdersInternational orders typically ship the same day or next business day from when the order is placed. We almost always use US Postal Service First Class delivery. Delivery times are not guaranteed and tracking information, if available, will be emailed to you. Typically available for US shipping only. We use this service so we can offer low cost shipping. International packages must be cleared by customs and are usually handled by your local mail delivery service once they arrive in your country, which can increase delivery time. Although delivery to many countries throughout the world can be as short as one week, it is possible for an international package to take as long as 2 - 3 weeks or more to arrive. Faster delivery is usually available through other carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) but can be expensive. If you would like faster service, please contact us and we will provide a quote for delivery time and cost.The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or other charges which may be incurred.How do I know my order shipped?You should receive an email saying your order shipped within one business day of ordering. We do not have a retail store, but if you would like to pick up your order from our warehouse in San Diego, CA, simply contact us at (858) 863-7412 or info@rheacare.com after you place your order. Please contact us immediately as we try to ship items quickly and you will not be able to pick up your order once it ships. If your order is over $25, simply choose the free standard shipping option. If your order is under $25, still choose standard shipping and we will refund the amount paid as soon as you tell us you would like to pick up your order. Most items on our website should be in stock and available for pickup the same day you order. Our warehouse is located at 10064 Mesa Ridge Ct. Suite #218, San Diego, CA 92121. Pickup hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 4PM.
